Installation Delivery: We will set up your tree in the stand for a hassle-free delivery experience. Please note that this option does not include decorations or lights.
A Fresh Cut: Just prior to delivering your tree, we will give it a fresh cut off the bottom of the trunk. This helps the tree absorb water more efficiently.
Water Immediately: Place your tree in a stand that holds plenty of water. Fill it up right away to ensure the tree can start taking in water. Your tree can drink up to a gallon of water a day, especially in the first few days.
Keep It Hydrated: Check the water level daily, and always make sure the base of the trunk is submerged. A dry trunk will stop absorbing water, causing the tree to dry out quickly.
Avoid Heat Sources: Keep your tree away from heat sources like fireplaces, space heaters, and direct sunlight. Excessive heat can cause the tree to dry out faster.
Optimal Room Temperature: Place your tree in a cool, well-ventilated room. If possible, avoid placing the tree near appliances or electronics that generate heat.
